Gbenga is a graduate of Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and he is a Certified Forensic Accountant. He brings to the Firm his many years of experience in various organizations in the private sector of the Nigerian economy since 1996.
Starting with National Youth Corp with African Petroleum in Warri and a short sojourn with Savannah Bank (Head Internal Controls) into the banking industry; a rather extended stay in British International School ( Head of Accounts), Victoria Island for about thirteen years; and several years of practical experience in auditing, taxation and consultancy services with ADEKUNLE AKINLONU & CO. (Chartered Accountants) whose Managing Partner trained and acquired invaluable practical experience for many years with KPMG (Audit), an international Firm of chartered accountants, has adequately positioned him for his present position. He is a goal-getter. He is also an IT expert. Core values include effective and efficient service delivery to satisfy clients.
Gbenga is the immediate Past Chairman of VI-Lekki and District Society of CITN and he is the current Chairman of ICAN Lekki and District Society, Lagos . He has hands on knowledge of both State and Federal tax processes and procedures, being a practitioner himself. His hobbies include Lawn Tennis, Swimming, and making new friends just to mention but a few. He is a member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938. He is married with 2 children.
